Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Your shipping cost (and any other charges) is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

We prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launch weeks and holiday sales this can occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery time

United States (contiguous states): about 7–12 business days after processing.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses: about 15–25 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can sometimes extend them.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We'll update this page as soon as we open shipping to more countries.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Multiple items

If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away – once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll make it right.
