Orders & shipping

Do you ship for free?

Yes – shipping is free and tracked on every order within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

We prepare your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the contiguous US then takes about 7–12 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories take about 15–25 business days. See our shipping policy.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet – we currently ship to the United States only.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Feeding and personal-care items (nursing pillows, nursing covers, burp cloths, plates, nail trimmers) can only be returned unopened, unless they arrived damaged. See our refund policy.

My item arrived damaged – what now?

Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund – no need to send anything back.

From what age can I use the hip seat?

Once your baby can hold their head up steadily on their own (usually around 4 months) and up to the weight limit on the product label (about 9 kg / 20 lb). Always keep one hand on your baby. Read the Easy Carry Guide before your first carry.
