30-Day Easy Returns

We want you and your little one to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@nunnanest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong – in that case we cover everything.

Conditions

Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, items used for feeding or personal care (for example nursing pillows, nursing covers, burp cloths, feeding plates and nail trimmers) can only be returned unopened – unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund – you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll let you know and refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
